🚚 Delivery Policy – Ashi Herbals

At Ashi Herbals, we understand how important it is for you to receive your herbal products quickly and safely. Our goal is to provide fast and smooth delivery all across Pakistan.

📦 Delivery Time

  • We deliver in 2 to 3 working days across all cities and towns in Pakistan.

  • Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day.

  • Some remote or rural areas may take an extra 1–2 days depending on courier service availability.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.

🚚 Courier Services

We use trusted delivery partners like Leopard Courier, TCS, Call Courier, and others to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition.

📞 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message.

  2. After confirmation, your parcel will be dispatched within 24 hours.

  3. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery status.

If you experience any delay or issue with your delivery:
