  • Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

  • Results may vary depending on the individual and usage consistency.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, Instagram, or our website (if available).

  • Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation (COD or advance, as applicable).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or other valid reasons.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver all across Pakistan within 2 to 3 working days.

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on your order total (see our Delivery Policy).

  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are not our responsibility, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • You can return or request a refund within 10 days of delivery if the product is:

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect

    • Expired or defective

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Used/opened items are not eligible for return, except in the case of a quality issue.
